Monument Valley by Moonlight:  I'm ashamed to say that I had never really seen the moonrise before - well, not like this.  Following such a beautiful dawn we were tired and planning to set off south. As we walked back to the Jeep I glanced over my shoulder and saw the moon bidding us goodnight.  It crept over the horizon with silent grace remniscent of the sunrise that morning.  Rather than the firey gold of dawn, we were gently shrouded in mauve and pink.  The silvery light cooled the hot broken rocks beneath our feet and home we went.
